Wedding Photo Booth Rental in Lancaster, PA

Here’s something couples notice almost every time: halfway through their wedding reception, the dance floor slows down a little, the DJ takes a break, and people aren’t sure what to do with themselves. Then someone drifts over to the photo booth. And suddenly — the energy’s back.

A photo booth at a Lancaster wedding isn’t a novelty item anymore. It’s the thing guests actually talk about the week after. The photo strip on Aunt Karen’s fridge. The silly group photo someone texts around at Christmas. We’ve set up our booths at barns in Strasburg, ballrooms at the Cork Factory Hotel, gardens at Drumore Estate, and sprawling farms out in Elizabethtown — and the reaction from guests is the same every single time.

We’re Orama Photo Booth Rentals, based right here in Lancaster, PA. We’ve been doing this long enough to know what couples actually need from a photo booth vendor: someone who shows up early, sets up cleanly, keeps the booth running without babysitting, and gets out of the way when the night wraps up. That’s it.

What’s Included in Every Wedding Rental

We keep our packages simple because you have enough to manage.

Every wedding rental includes:

  • Unlimited photos for the full duration of your event — no timers, no “you’ve used your session” messages. Your guests can come back 12 times. We want them to.
  • On-site attendant who handles setup, teardown, and any troubleshooting during the event. You won’t hear from them unless you want to.
  • Instant 4×6 prints with your custom wedding overlay — your names, date, and whatever design we create together beforehand
  • QR code sharing so guests can grab their digital copies right from their phones the same night
  • Full digital gallery delivered to you within 48 hours after the event
  • Props included — a curated selection that isn’t embarrassing. We bring the good stuff.
  • Custom backdrop options to match your venue and color palette
  • Delivery, setup, and teardown — we handle all of it

Our Booth Options for Weddings

Not every booth is right for every wedding, and we’d rather be honest about that upfront.

360° Photo Booth

The 360 photobooth is our most requested option for weddings right now, and for good reason — it produces slow-motion video clips that guests can share immediately. Guests step on the platform, hold their pose, and the camera arm rotates around them. The results look genuinely cinematic. If you’ve seen these clips on Instagram from other weddings and thought that looks amazing — yes, that’s exactly what your guests will get.

Works especially well in larger venues with open floor space: barns, ballrooms, outdoor terraces.

Mirror Photo Booth

The mirror photo booth is the one that photographs beautifully in dark-toned venues or spaces with dramatic lighting. It’s a full-length interactive touchscreen mirror — guests can add digital props, sign their names, and print full-length photos on the spot. If your reception has a more formal or elegant aesthetic, this tends to be the better fit over the 360.

It also doubles as a beautiful standalone installation — many photographers love to grab a shot of it during cocktail hour.

Open-Air / DSLR Booth

Clean, simple, and fits into tighter spaces. Uses professional DSLR equipment, so the photo quality is genuinely excellent. If your venue has a smaller footprint or you want something more understated than the 360 or mirror, this is the right call. Prints and digital sharing all included.

Digital Drop-Off Booth

Planning a more intimate wedding? Our drop-off booth gives you a fully self-service setup — we deliver, configure everything, show you how it works, and pick it up the next day. No attendant. Priced from $499, which makes it one of the most flexible options we offer for smaller or backyard ceremonies.

Not sure which booth fits your venue? Send us your venue name in the contact form and we’ll tell you exactly what works best. We’ve been to most of the popular Lancaster County venues and know what setup makes sense where.

Why Lancaster Couples Book Orama

We’re not going to write a list of adjectives here. You’ve read enough vendor websites. Instead, here’s what actually makes a difference when you’re choosing a photo booth company for your wedding:

We’re local. We’re based in Lancaster and serve Lancaster County first. When we say we know your venue, we mean it — we’ve set up at The Barn at Silverstone, Excelsior, The Farm at Eagles Ridge, Cork Factory Hotel, Drumore Estate, The Inn at Leola Village, Stone Gables Estate, and many others. Local means we’re not guessing about logistics on your wedding day.

One attendant, dedicated to your event. Some companies send one person to manage multiple events in one night. We don’t. Whoever is assigned to your wedding is there only for your wedding, from setup to the last print.

You talk to a real person. Booking confirmation, custom overlay design, day-of questions — you’re communicating with someone who knows your event, not a support inbox that routes to three different people.

We’ve solved the problem of awkward booths. We bring props that people actually want to use and that won’t embarrass anyone in photos that last forever. Our attendants know how to invite guests to the booth in a way that doesn’t feel pushy. Small things — but they matter enormously over a 5-hour reception.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book for a Lancaster wedding?

For peak season Saturdays (May through October), we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance. We do take some bookings closer to the date when we have availability, so it's always worth checking even if your date is soon.

Do you travel outside Lancaster County?

Yes. We regularly serve Harrisburg, Hershey, York, and surrounding areas in Central PA. There may be a travel fee for venues beyond 30 miles from Lancaster. We'll tell you upfront when you inquire.

Can I customize the photo print design for my wedding?

Absolutely. We work with you to create a custom overlay with your names, wedding date, and any design elements you want — monograms, floral borders, color matching your wedding palette. It's included in all wedding packages.

What happens if something goes wrong with the booth during the reception?

Our on-site attendant handles any technical issues immediately. In the rare case of a hardware failure we can't resolve on-site, we have contingency equipment available. We've never left a couple without a working booth.

How much space does the booth need?

It depends on the booth type. Our open-air and drop-off booths need roughly 8x8 feet. The 360 booth requires a circular area of about 10–12 feet. The mirror booth needs approximately 6x8 feet. We'll confirm space requirements when you tell us your venue.

Can guests share photos directly from the booth?

Yes. All our wedding packages include QR code sharing, so guests can scan and download their photos (and 360 video clips) directly to their phones within seconds of stepping off the platform.

Do you provide a photo guest book?

We offer guest book add-ons for weddings — guests print a photo, stick it in the book, and leave a handwritten note alongside it. It's one of the most thoughtful keepsakes you can have from a reception. Ask about this when you get your quote.

Do I need to provide anything for the setup?

Just an electrical outlet within 25 feet of where you'd like the booth placed. We handle everything else.

Are your booths suitable for outdoor weddings?

Yes, with some conditions. We can set up outdoors on flat, stable surfaces. For outdoor setups, we'll discuss weather contingency planning with you ahead of time. We've done plenty of outdoor receptions in Lancaster County.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change, especially with weddings. Our cancellation terms are clearly stated in your contract. We offer date transfers when we have availability for your new date.
